These general terms and conditions define the terms of use of the online store Okusne Semenke (hereinafter: online store), which is owned by Spletna prodaja, Timotej Grager s.p. (hereinafter: provider).

By using the online store, the user agrees to these general terms and conditions. The provider reserves the right to change the terms without prior notice.

Orders

Orders through the online store can be placed by both individuals and legal entities who accept these general terms and conditions. By placing an order, the user agrees to all provisions of the general terms and conditions.

Prices

All prices in the online store are expressed in euros (EUR) and do not include VAT – “VAT is not charged based on the Value Added Tax Act (we are not VAT liable).” Prices are valid at the time of order placement.

Payment Methods

Credit Card Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. In the payment selection step, choose your credit card type from the menu. After placing your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment environment (Stripe). Enter the cardholder’s name, card number, CVC code (three-digit number on the back of the card), and card validity. This payment method is available for both individuals and businesses.

Direct Bank Transfer: Please transfer the payment to our bank account. Use the order ID as a reference. Your order will not be shipped until the payment is received.

Cash on Delivery: Pay for your package upon delivery. The courier from Pošta Slovenije will collect the payment when delivering the package. If you choose this payment method, the courier service will charge an additional €2.00, which will appear on your invoice as a shipping fee.

PayPal: You must first sign up for PayPal and create an account. In the online store, the system will ask for your preferred payment method before completing the order. Follow the steps to proceed.

Delivery and Shipping Costs

The provider will deliver the goods to the user within the agreed time frame. Our deliveries are handled by Pošta Slovenije. Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the package, as well as the delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be clearly stated before the order confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal

The user has the right to inform the provider in writing within 8 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without the need to state a reason for their decision. In this case, the user must return the received goods undamaged, in the original quantity, and in the original packaging. The user bears the costs of returning the goods.

Data Protection

The provider is committed to protecting the personal data of users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information on how we process your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Complaints and Disputes

The provider respects the applicable consumer protection laws. In case of complaints, the user can contact the provider using the contact information provided in these terms. The provider will make every effort to resolve all disputes amicably. The provider must confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the user how long it will take to process, and continuously update the user on the progress of the procedure.

Final Provisions

These general terms and conditions shall enter into force on 01.09.2024 and shall remain in effect until revoked. The provider reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes to the general terms and conditions will be published on the website of the online store.
